My name is Yingsong Xie, and I am studying at Harper Adams University for a BSc in Food Quality with Retail Management. As part of my research of Honours Research Project, I am aiming to explore the preference, attitudes and behavior of consumers aged 18-34 in the United Kingdom towards Ready-to-Drink Teas from China and UK.

All research data will be stored anonymously, i.e. it will be impossible to link the research data to any individual volunteer. Aggregated results will be used for research and teaching purposes and may be reported in scientific and academic journals or conferences. All research data and any other relevant information will be stored by the principle researcher.
